Acek, was a joker and was full of fun. His berkut was a noisy eagle and seemed the least well trained of the three, but this was deceptive. I saw her take on some spectacular flights at hill hare and work the little wind to her advantage.
She would fly big, real big. On occasions I thought Acek would come home eagle-less, but he would ride of into the distance and an hour later catch us up with a hooded eagle on his arm, smiling and laughing and ready to contine the hunt.
